氣體輔助注塑成型技術(shù)應(yīng)用已有幾十年的歷史,其原理是高壓氮?dú)馍淙胨芰?a title='產(chǎn)品' target='_blank' href='http://www.8818851.com' class='seolabel'>產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部,使塑料產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生中空截面,利用高壓氮?dú)獯孀⑺軝C(jī)的高壓注射及保壓,使塑料產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部向外部試壓,是塑料產(chǎn)品表面緊靠模具表面,消除塑料產(chǎn)品的縮痕及塑料產(chǎn)品冷卻所產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力,使塑料產(chǎn)品不變形及表面缺陷,完成塑料產(chǎn)品注塑的全部過(guò)程。
Gas-assisted injection molding technology has been applied for decades. Its principle is that high-pressure nitrogen is injected into plastic products, so that hollow sections are generated inside plastic products. High-pressure nitrogen is used to replace the high-pressure injection and pressure preservation of injection molding machine, so that the internal pressure test of plastic products is external. Eliminate the shrinkage of plastic products and plastic products cooling stress, so that plastic products do not deformation and surface defects, complete the whole process of plastic products injection.
氣體輔助注塑工藝圖示:
第一階段:塑料注塑:溶體進(jìn)去型腔,遇到溫度較低的模壁,形成一個(gè)較薄的凝固層。
第二階段:氣體射入:氮?dú)膺M(jìn)入熔融的塑料,推動(dòng)中心未凝固的塑料進(jìn)入尚未充滿的型腔。
第三階段:氣體射入結(jié)束:氣體繼續(xù)推動(dòng)塑料溶體流動(dòng)直至到溶體充滿整個(gè)型腔。
第四階段:氣體保壓:在冷卻過(guò)程中,氣道中的氣體壓縮溶體,進(jìn)行氣體保壓,確保制件的外觀及強(qiáng)度。
第五階段:氣體排出:在模具開模前,氣體從制件內(nèi)部排出,氣壓降至到常壓下。
氣體輔助注塑優(yōu)點(diǎn):
1、簡(jiǎn)化產(chǎn)品模具繁瑣設(shè)計(jì),能夠注塑成型壁厚較大產(chǎn)品;
2、減輕產(chǎn)品重量,節(jié)約原材料最高可達(dá)50%;
3、加快冷卻速度,縮短產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期;
4、可解決和消除產(chǎn)品表面縮痕問(wèn)題;
5、減少產(chǎn)品內(nèi)應(yīng)力和翹曲變形,使產(chǎn)品尺寸更加穩(wěn)定;
6、通過(guò)有氣道的加強(qiáng)筋,提高產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)度而不增加產(chǎn)品重量;
7、較低模腔內(nèi)壓力,減少模具損耗;
8、降低注塑機(jī)鎖模壓力,延長(zhǎng)注塑機(jī)壽命。
Advantages of gas assisted injection molding:
