工藝流程簡介Brief introduction of process flow
環(huán)境空氣經壓縮凈化,除去油、水、塵后,進入由兩個裝填有碳分子篩的吸附塔組成的變壓吸附裝置。壓縮空氣由下至上流經吸附塔,其間氧分子在碳分子篩表面吸附,氮氣由吸附塔上端流出,進入氮氣緩沖罐,經過一段時間后,吸附塔中碳分子篩被吸附的氧飽和,需進行再生。再生是通過停止吸附步驟,降低吸附塔壓力來實現(xiàn)的。兩個吸附塔交替進行吸附和再生,從而確保氮氣的連續(xù)輸出。
The ambient air is compressed and purified, and after removing oil, water and dust, it enters a pressure swing adsorption device composed of two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve. The compressed air flows through the adsorption tower from bottom to top, during which oxygen molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen flows out from the upper end of the adsorption tower into the nitrogen buffer tank. After a period of time, the carbon molecular sieve in the adsorption tower is saturated with adsorbed oxygen and needs to be regenerated. Regeneration is achieved by stopping the adsorption step and reducing the adsorption column pressure. The two towers alternate adsorption and regeneration to ensure a continuous output of nitrogen.
