微發(fā)泡注塑成型是將氣體(N2或CO2) 加壓至超臨界狀態(tài)后注入料管熔膠中,透過螺桿將兩者混練成單相流體。超臨界流體在注塑過程中因瞬間壓降造成熱力學不平衡,使得流體進入模穴后氣體得以從熔膠當中擴散成核,并長成均勻微細氣泡。含有微細氣泡的熔膠經(jīng)模具冷卻固化得到如蜂巢般的內部構造成品。
Microfoam injection molding is to pressurize the gas (N2 or CO2) to a supercritical state and inject it into the material tube melt, and mix the two into a single-phase fluid through a screw. In the process of injection molding, the thermodynamic imbalance is caused by the instantaneous pressure drop of the supercritical fluid, so that the gas can be diffused and nucleated from the molten glue after the fluid enters the mold hole, and grow into uniform fine bubbles. The molten glue containing fine bubbles is cooled and solidified by the mold to obtain a finished product with an internal structure like honeycomb.
